How much does it cost to paint a room?
The cost to paint a room depends on factors such as size, ceiling height, wall condition, prep work required, and the type of paint selected. How much does it cost to paint a living room?
Living rooms often involve more square footage, higher ceilings, trim, or accent walls. Our interior painting services include all of these elements. After evaluating the condition of the surfaces and understanding your goals, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work.
How much does power washing cost?
Power washing costs depend on the size of the area and the level of buildup. We offer power washing for driveways, siding, decks, and other exterior surfaces, either as a standalone service or as preparation before painting.

Yes. We have a physical office location in San Francisco at 1555 Yosemite Ave. Clients are welcome to schedule consultations, review project details, and connect with our team directly. Being locally based allows us to stay closely involved in every project we complete throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Products and Process
What paint products do you use?
We primarily use premium products from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. These brands are known for excellent coverage, durability, and long-lasting color. We can also accommodate specific product preferences upon request.
What is your painting process?
Every project begins with thorough surface preparation—cleaning, patching with drywall repair as needed, sanding, and priming. We then apply primer and two coats of paint for a clean, consistent finish. We protect your furnishings and flooring throughout the project and clean up completely when finished.
How long does a painting project take?
Project duration depends on the scope of work. A single room may be completed in one to two days, while whole-house projects or extensive exterior work may take a week or more. We provide timeline estimates during your consultation.
